Millican was a two-time All-TAAC performer in his two seasons at SLU, earning a spot on the Lions’ All-Decade Team for the 1990’s. His senior season totals of 64 games played (4th), 85 base hits (5th), 24 doubles (2nd). 17 home runs (5th) and 63 RBI (8th) all still rank on the program’s single-season top 10 list. Millican was drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 13th round of the 1994 Major League Baseball draft. The Jennings, Louisiana native sits among the SLU career leaders for batting average (.347, 6th) and home runs (26, 9th). Millican passed away in 2021 and was the Jefferson Davis Parish District Attorney at the time of his death.
