Emilija Arnaudovksa is one of two student-athletes in school history to be named Athlete of the Year in consecutive years, having won the award following the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons. During her time at Southeastern, she was a four-time first team All-Southland Conference and All-Louisiana selection and finished her career with a school record for singles victories, finishing with an 83-11 record. She was the top player on teams that won Southland regular season championships in 2006, 2007 and 2008, while also winning league tournament titles and earning NCAA Tournament appearances in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
Arnaudovska was named the Southland Conference Player of the Year in 2007 and 2008, becoming at the time just the fourth player in school history to earn the award two seasons in a row. As a junior, she was the first player in school history to compete in the NCAA Singles Championships. Her senior year was even more dominant, as she was 22-1 in singles play, while teaming with Iva Velkovska for a 16-3 record in doubles play.
