Allison Holladay, a native of Nuremberg, Germany who graduated from St. Joseph's Academy in Baton Rouge, was the first Lady Lion soccer player to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

In 1997, Holladay joined the Lady Lions following one season at LSU and quickly solidified the defense, earning Southland Conference and Louisiana Newcomer of the Year honors. As evidence of her immediate impact, she helped Southeastern to a 10-10 record after the team had won only five matches the previous two seasons.

Holladay's breakout season came in 1998 as she was named Southland Conference and Louisiana Player of the Year, finishing with 126 saves and a 1.08 goals against average leading the squad to the SLC Tournament crown. In 1999, Holladay capped off her career with a 0.71 goals against average - a school record that still stands today and helped Southeastern to its first-ever Southland Conference regular-season title.

Holladay finished her career as the school's career saves leader with 351 and she is one of four Lady Lions to have been named All-Southland Conference three times. A part-time assistant in 2000 under Southeastern head coach Blake Hornbuckle, Holladay was a full-time assistant for the 2001 and 2002 teams, helping the latter squad to an SLC regular season crown.
